Interstate Batteries and it Team Members travel to Russia once a year to visit the children of Galich orphanage. This is made possible by the contributions made by both the company and team members. Children’s Hope Chest was founded in 1994 to provide God’s hope and practical help to orphans around the world.

Easing the lives of children within the orphanage system

Assisting teenage orphanage graduates in their transition to independent living

It only takes $6 per paycheck (and Interstate picks up $12 per paycheck) to sponsor a child.

Programs provided for orphanage graduates offer practical instruction in life skills combined with direct personal adult guidance and emotional support. Our holistic approach to orphanage assistance in combination with creative programs for guiding and encouraging teenage orphanage graduates set us apart as an organization uniquely designed to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the world’s orphans.
