I have been part of a large team and I have also formed new teams with new hires to supplement existing good performers. My previous work history includes successfully exceeding sales goals in either case. I can work under general direction or closer scrutiny but relish frequent inspection, critiques and acknowledgement of success.

I have always been an overachiever and tend to mold my teams or department into the same. I enjoy competitive situations where I am rewarded for those accomplishments.
