The Interstate Batteries® Route Sales Managers form the heart of our distribution system. They are the ones you see out on the road in the big green trucks delivering batteries to our 200,000 Dealers across the U.S., Canada and beyond.

We find that they’re also quite competitive, so we put that notion to the test at our recent company convention. We drew 12 RSM names and put them in a competition to display their athletic prowess. The result is one of the most entertaining exercises we’ve ever had at a convention. They rode inflatable dolphins and turtles in the surf. They wore cardboard racecars and ran along the beach. They staged an epic tug-of-war that lasted almost seven minutes and left several battle scars.
